RESALE COMPANIES
The Management of Legend Worldwide Holidays would like to advice members on the reemergence of timeshare resale companies. These resale companies will offer to resell your memberships with false promises of High Return Investments or offer to pay the monthly installments of members.
In the past 2 years, due to the efforts of the authorities in curbing these activities of the resale companies, there was a slowdown in their activities. However, recently they have resumed their operations under different company names.
Members are advised that Legend Worldwide Holidays did not appoint any agency / third party company to act on behalf of the Company in these reselling activities with any kind of promises.
Members are advised to be extremely careful if they receive any such offers. The Management will not be liable for any liabilities or losses arising from members accepting or entering into such contracts with these resale companies.
